Rice paper wrap. 272 calories for this particular lunch. I enjoyed it but it could have used a bit more flavour. Plum sauce instead of goat cheese, anyone?
I threw this together with a half-can of tuna, 2T of yogurt, 1t of garlic, a few slivers of carrot (you can obtain a nice texture by using a peeler instead of a knife) some cooked yam and dallops of goat cheese. Rice wraps have a sticky texture but, at only 40 calories per wrap, they hold a pile of ingredients together just as well as a 150 calorie tortilla.
